1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Shipping

Orders are shipped via our logistics partner, Shiprocket. The first 50 paid orders qualify for free delivery; subsequent orders incur a standard shipping fee shown at checkout.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order status changes to "Shipped," cancellation is no longer possible; please use our return process instead.

5. Reviews

Only verified purchasers may submit product reviews. Reviews must be honest, respectful, and reflect the reviewer's own experience.

6. Limitation of Liability

WEFFIT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
